Status certificate request
Owners, buyers and their lawyers can request a status certificate here. Under the Condominium Act the corporation has ten days to provide it once the request and the prescribed fee are received.
A statutory fee applies to each certificate. We will confirm the amount and how to pay when we acknowledge your request.
