Onyx was born out of necessity. During a successful real estate investment career, Eric Reiner decided to build a low-rise multi-residential apartment — overseeing the general contractor and the finances himself. When the building was ready, finding a property management firm that did the job right proved difficult.
So Eric and Angel-Marie, husband and wife, decided to manage it themselves. That was the start of a full-service property management company — now with more than 20 years of combined real estate, development and property management experience behind it.
Onyx Condo Management, the condominium side of the business, took on its first community in November 2019 — and grew 3,000% through the years that followed, including the pandemic, without stepping back once.
